Es muy importante recordar que a pesar de que el estado f\u00edsico es importante, <strong>tambi\u00e9n lo es nuestro estado mental, y ambos est\u00e1n muy vinculados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Durante esta temporada y acerc\u00e1ndonos cada vez m\u00e1s al invierno es cuando m\u00e1s disciplinados y conscientes debemos ser. Tenemos que intentar organizar una rutina que nos permita evitar coger enfermedades y estados de \u00e1nimos depresivos ligados al mal temporal,<strong> desventajas propias de estos cambios de estaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si realizamos entre <strong>30 a 45 minutos<\/strong> <strong>de actividad f\u00edsica al d\u00eda,<\/strong> podemos prevenir patolog\u00edas gracias a la activaci\u00f3n del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, as\u00ed como enfermedades degenerativas como el Alzheimer. Adem\u00e1s, uno de los beneficios m\u00e1s importantes respecto al ejercicio f\u00edsico, es la capacidad de influencia que tiene para equilibrar las sustancias cuyo desajuste ha generado dicha enfermedad, en pocas palabras, <strong>act\u00faa como un f\u00e1rmaco sobre el sistema nervioso central estabilizando ciertas sustancias.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para terminar, recomendamos que durante los pr\u00f3ximos meses restantes de este 2019, nos aseguremos de pasar al menos <strong>5 horas del mes<\/strong> <strong>en contacto con la naturaleza, como m\u00ednimo<\/strong>.
