Ahora m\u00e1s que nunca debemos seleccionar con qu\u00e9 llenamos nuestra despensa y qu\u00e9 ponemos en nuestros platos.<\/p>\n<p>En realidad es un viaje inverso: de la misma forma que hay alimentos para <strong>mejorar la energ\u00eda<\/strong> y elevar nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo, tambi\u00e9n existen alimentos perjudiciales para nuestro humor y vitalidad. Y en tiempos de <strong>confinamiento<\/strong>, es esencial vigilar nuestra salud y la alimentaci\u00f3n es un factor b\u00e1sico. Porque, m\u00e1s que nunca, se hace necesario <strong>comer bien en casa, comer saludable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una investigaci\u00f3n realizada en la Universidad de Binghamton, en Nueva York, determin\u00f3 que los j\u00f3venes menores de 30 a\u00f1os que consumen comida r\u00e1pida m\u00e1s de tres veces a la semana tienen mayores niveles de angustia mental. Esto se debe a que la comida r\u00e1pida es rica en \u00e1cidos grasos saturados y Omega-6, que pueden provocar una respuesta inflamatoria de bajo grado en el cuerpo que, a su vez, est\u00e1 relacionada con la ansiedad y la depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Se habla de nuestro sistema digestivo como nuestro segundo cerebro, ya que las paredes de los intestinos contienen un enorme n\u00famero de neurotransmisores que influyen en nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo y energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Y dado que lo que comemos influye directamente en c\u00f3mo nos sentimos, a continuaci\u00f3n te rese\u00f1amos cuatro alimentos que no deben faltar en tu despensa para mantener un buen estado de \u00e1nimo y humor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>1. Cacao, fuente de polifenol y tript\u00f3fano<\/h2>\n<p>Muchos estudios atestiguan su acci\u00f3n sobre nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo. Por ejemplo, un reciente trabajo de la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Swinburne, en Australia, demostr\u00f3 que quienes consum\u00edan cacao frecuentemente presentaban mayores signos de felicidad y buen humor a diario.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un producto con grandes cantidades de polifenol y tript\u00f3fano, que ayudan a que estemos m\u00e1s tranquilos.
