Se llama mindful eating: comer consciente, comer mejor.<\/p>\n<p>Es una pr\u00e1ctica que encuentra su punto de partida en el budismo zen y su poder relajante. Consiste en concentrarnos en el poder de la comida, en el acto de ingerir alimentos, en su disfrute, en lo que nos hace sentir. Es el complemento perfecto para una dieta saludable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMindful eating es comer con conciencia plena en el aqu\u00ed y el ahora. Significa estar presentes en el momento de la comida. Es decir, siendo conscientes de los olores, las texturas, el sabor, todo lo que tiene que ver con el acto de comer y las sensaciones f\u00edsicas que recibimos\u201d, explica la Dra. Laura Enciso, psic\u00f3loga de SHA<\/p>\n<p>Existe una relaci\u00f3n evidente entre el estr\u00e9s y ganar peso: simplemente, se activan mecanismos de compensaci\u00f3n en nuestro cerebro y necesitamos satisfacciones inmediatas, placeres que equilibren nuestra ansiedad, aunque sean ficticios. En definitiva, tendemos a comer m\u00e1s y eso desequilibra la dieta.<\/p>\n<p>Comer consciente, mindful eating, nos puede ayudar extraordinariamente no solo a calmar ese estr\u00e9s, sino alimentarnos de una manera mucho m\u00e1s positiva, saber lo que comemos y cu\u00e1ndo lo comemos. Y disfrutar de verdad.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ser conscientes, estar presentes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con el mindful eating seremos perfectamente conscientes de cu\u00e1ndo tenemos hambre \u201cde verdad\u201d, experimentaremos una sensaci\u00f3n real de saciedad que nos invitar\u00e1 a dejar de comer, obtendremos satisfacci\u00f3n con la ingesta de alimentos y experimentaremos las mejores sensaciones y percepciones en torno a ese momento de comer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAl estar presentes llegamos en otro estado, se ralentiza el proceso, somos mucho m\u00e1s conscientes de nuestro entorno, de lo que estamos sintiendo, y disfrutamos de ese momento. Estamos plenamente\u201d, destaca la Dra. Laura Enciso.<\/p>\n<p>Es fundamental sentarse relajado a la mesa y ser consciente, concentrarnos en el acto de comer, centrarnos en la sensaci\u00f3n, masticar bien cada bocado y disfrutarlo, abandonar cualquier idea preconcebida sobre tal o cual alimento\u2026<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Los beneficios del mindful eating<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ser conscientes en el aqu\u00ed y el ahora delante del plato reportar\u00e1 enormes beneficios en complemento con una dieta saludable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCuando estamos con conciencia plena en el acto de comer, obtenemos mejores digestiones, una correcta asimilaci\u00f3n de los alimentos, quemaremos las calor\u00edas adecuadas, repercutir\u00e1 en nuestro peso y seremos conscientes de si estamos comiendo por hambre f\u00edsica o por hambre emocional\u201d, afirma la Dra. Laura Enciso.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las consecuencias m\u00e1s evidentes es que mediante el mindful eating podremos evitar o disminuir los atracones o el acto de comer compulsivamente, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Si nos acostumbramos a comer conscientes, abandonaremos h\u00e1bitos nocivos que quiz\u00e1 cre\u00edamos que no lo eran tanto. Cosas como comer a impulsos de las emociones en lugar de guiarnos por la sensaci\u00f3n de hambre corporal. O comer simplemente porque toca a esa hora. O distraernos en la mesa con la televisi\u00f3n, el ordenador o el propio trabajo. O saltarnos comidas. O utilizar los alimentos como v\u00eda de escape a momentos bajos.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La comida como mecanismo de compensaci\u00f3n de las emociones<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Efectivamente, \u201cusar\u201d la comida como elemento compensatorio de una crisis emocional o estr\u00e9s es uno de los mayores errores que podemos cometer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl hambre emocional puede surgir para eliminar vac\u00edos. Tiene que ver con situaciones de estr\u00e9s, de ansiedad, con miedo, con frustraci\u00f3n\u2026 Necesitamos llenar ese vac\u00edo que estamos sintiendo, esa emoci\u00f3n, y eso es el hambre emocional: queremos evadirnos de lo que estamos sintiendo y lo hacemos a trav\u00e9s de la comida. Comemos para evadirnos de esa emoci\u00f3n\u201d, relata la Dra.
