En total, se utiliza una veintena diferente de ellos para \u201cconstruir\u201d prote\u00ednas. Y todos son fundamentales para cada c\u00e9lula de nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>La distinci\u00f3n de la que todo el mundo habla se produce entre los amino\u00e1cidos esenciales (los que no puede producir nuestro cuerpo) y los no esenciales (los que s\u00ed puede fabricar). Esto marca la diferencia entre qu\u00e9 amino\u00e1cidos debemos obtener a trav\u00e9s de la dieta. Porque s\u00ed: todos necesitamos una proporci\u00f3n adecuada de amino\u00e1cidos (esenciales y no esenciales) para disfrutar de un buen estado de salud.<\/p>\n<p>Las prote\u00ednas de origen animal pueden ser m\u00e1s \u201ccompletas\u201d en amino\u00e1cidos esenciales, pero la parte relevante est\u00e1 en un aspecto vital: el balance final sobre salud a nivel global. \u00bfC\u00f3mo despreciar los problemas que acarrea el consumo de prote\u00ednas animales para aspectos tan primordiales como la salud del coraz\u00f3n o el control del az\u00facar en la sangre?<\/p>\n<p>La llamada \u201ccalidad de la prote\u00edna\u201d es una medida que se establece a partir de la composici\u00f3n en amino\u00e1cidos de una prote\u00edna y su digestibilidad.
