Un estilo de vida sano reforzar\u00e1 tu sistema inmune y te har\u00e1 m\u00e1s fuerte contra la enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p>Desde SHA te apuntamos seis h\u00e1bitos saludables que fortalecer\u00e1n tu organismo para prevenir el desarrollo de c\u00e9lulas cancer\u00edgenas:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> No fumar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dejar el tabaco reduce enormemente las probabilidades de desarrollar muchos tipos de c\u00e1ncer: pulm\u00f3n, vejiga, ri\u00f1\u00f3n, p\u00e1ncreas, cuello uterino, boca, es\u00f3fago o garganta.<\/p>\n<p>Es cierto que dejar de fumar no es f\u00e1cil, pero es posible con la informaci\u00f3n adecuada y un apoyo experto que se centre en caminos y objetivos realistas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa base para dejar de fumar es la motivaci\u00f3n individual. Es importante estar motivado para ello y convencido de que aportar\u00e1 un beneficio tanto f\u00edsico como psicol\u00f3gico y que va a repercutir de manera positiva en uno mismo y en el entorno m\u00e1s cercan: familia, trabajo etc.\u201d, explica la Dra. Laura Enciso, psic\u00f3loga de SHA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Elegir alimentos saludables<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Una buena alimentaci\u00f3n no solo es fuente de salud, sino tambi\u00e9n de prevenci\u00f3n. Incluso para el c\u00e1ncer. La elecci\u00f3n de alimentos saludables puede ayudar a prevenir la aparici\u00f3n de tumores.<\/p>\n<p>Es b\u00e1sico consumir una buena variedad de verduras, frutas, legumbres, pescado azul o blanco y cereales integrales. Por el contrario, es imprescindible apartar de nuestra dieta la carne roja y consumir menos productos c\u00e1rnicos y l\u00e1cteos en general, productos procesados y az\u00facar y harina refinada.<\/p>\n<p>Un <a href=\"http:\/\/scielo.isciii.es\/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1135-57272004000200004\">amplio estudio prospectivo<\/a> realizado en diez pa\u00edses europeos arroj\u00f3 unos resultados concluyentes: \u201cExiste un efecto protector del consumo de fibras, frutas y verduras sobre el c\u00e1ncer colorrectal, un efecto protector del consumo de frutas sobre el c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n y de las frutas y verduras sobre el tracto digestivo superior\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Hacer ejercicio o alguna actividad f\u00edsica<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mantenerse activo todos los d\u00edas puede prevenir varios tipos de c\u00e1nceres. Y, como ya hemos visto, la actividad regular puede ayudar a alcanzar y mantener un peso saludable, lo que tambi\u00e9n puede contribuir a reducir las posibilidades de desarrollar tumores.<\/p>\n<p>Si no se est\u00e1 acostumbrado a estar activo todos los d\u00edas, es el momento de activarse. Caminar todos los d\u00edas regularmente deber\u00eda ser un buen comienzo.<\/p>\n<p>Las investigaciones muestran que las personas que hacen actividad f\u00edsica de manera regular parecen tener un riesgo menor de c\u00e1ncer de colon, pulm\u00f3n, mama y \u00fatero, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Proteger la piel<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los c\u00e1nceres de piel son causados por una excesiva exposici\u00f3n a los rayos del sol. Por eso es fundamental el cuidado de la piel con h\u00e1bitos que incorporemos a nuestras vidas como rutina.<\/p>\n<p>Es recomendable usar ropa que nos tape y llevar siempre con nosotros un protector que tenga un factor de protecci\u00f3n solar de al menos 30 para usarlo todos los d\u00edas del a\u00f1o, y no solo en \u00e9pocas de calor. Tampoco es desde\u00f1able el uso de b\u00e1lsamos o cremas para los labios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Trabajar la mente<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ejercitar la mente tiene efectos muy valiosos para el sistema inmune. Por ejemplo, est\u00e1 demostrado que la meditaci\u00f3n estimula regiones del cerebro directamente relacionadas con funciones del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, la respuesta al desarrollo de una enfermedad potencial, gestionada a trav\u00e9s el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, va a mejorar por la v\u00eda de la meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4940234\/\">amplio estudio<\/a> encontr\u00f3 evidencias de que el mindfulness modula par\u00e1metros inmunes de una manera que sugiere un perfil inmunol\u00f3gico m\u00e1s saludable. \u201cEspec\u00edficamente, la atenci\u00f3n plena parece estar asociada con reducciones en los procesos proinflamatorios, aumentos en los par\u00e1metros de defensa mediados por c\u00e9lulas e incrementos en la actividad enzim\u00e1tica que protege contra el envejecimiento celular\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Realizar chequeos y ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos regularmente<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Visitar al m\u00e9dico para chequeos regulares siempre es bueno para la salud.
