Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n es cierto que muchas las personas que se enfrentan a acontecimientos vitales estresantes no desarrollan resultados adversos, es decir, presentan una resistencia a los efectos nocivos del estr\u00e9s. En este sentido, queda demostrado que los factores gen\u00e9ticos pueden moldear la resistencia del organismo a la adversidad.<\/p>\n<p>La medicina moderna trata ahora de estudiar y evaluar qu\u00e9 causas existen detr\u00e1s de una persona con escasa resistencia al estr\u00e9s y determinar qu\u00e9 se puede hacer para aumentar sus marcadores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s desde un estudio profundo del individuo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No se pueden aplicar soluciones si no se conocen las causas que han llevado a una persona a padecer estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico.
