Y ese cuidado es la esencia del m\u00e9todo SHA, que pasa por aplicar disciplinas como el Yoga, las t\u00e9cnicas de Pranayama o la meditaci\u00f3n para ejercitar la mente.<\/p>\n<p>Solo con trabajar ese equilibrio se pueden reducir al m\u00ednimo los niveles de estr\u00e9s y ansiedad para afrontar los retos del d\u00eda de la forma m\u00e1s relajada. Adem\u00e1s de conseguir mejorar la estabilidad emocional al propiciar un estado de plena conciencia y calma.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Estas son algunas de las t\u00e9cnicas que SHA recomienda para alcanzar el perfecto equilibrio entre cuerpo y mente:<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Yoga, la realizaci\u00f3n personal y la armon\u00eda global<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>El yoga es una pr\u00e1ctica ancestral que busca favorecer la realizaci\u00f3n personal y la armon\u00eda entre cuerpo, mente y esp\u00edritu. Se le considera la \u201cpr\u00e1ctica de la intenci\u00f3n\u201d, entendiendo por esta cualquier cosa que se desee cultivar: sentirse mejor, ganar fuerza, perder peso, ser m\u00e1s espiritual, gestionar el estr\u00e9s, aliviar dolores\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, los estudios cient\u00edficos han encontrado que practicar Yoga durante al menos tres meses ayuda a reducir el cortisol y el estr\u00e9s y reducir las citocinas proinflamatorias que causan inflamaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El Dr. Vicente Mera, responsable de la unidad de Medicina Interna de SHA , a\u00f1ade que \u201cel Yoga ayuda a fortalecer los m\u00fasculos. Mediante su pr\u00e1ctica se logra un estado de equilibrio que permite potenciar el mantenimiento del bienestar f\u00edsico y emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Los estudios cient\u00edficos relatan beneficios como el aumento en la capacidad pulmonar, mayor resistencia f\u00edsica, revitalizaci\u00f3n del cuerpo, mejora de la digesti\u00f3n, tratamiento de la ansiedad y mejor manejo de las emociones.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPracticar la meditaci\u00f3n retrasa el envejecimiento. Quienes lo hacen muestran una mayor actividad de la enzima telomerasa, encargada del mantenimiento de los extremos de los cromosomas \u2013los denominados tel\u00f3meros \u2013, lo que redunda en un retraso del envejecimiento celular\u201d, explica el Dr. Vicente Mera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> T\u00e9cnicas de Pranayama: el poder de la respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u201cPrana\u201d significa energ\u00eda vital. Y cuando la respiraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en calma, la mente est\u00e1 serena.
