Por eso es tan importante educar en salud y aprender buenos h\u00e1bitos desde los primeros a\u00f1os de vida.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque es cierto que los problemas intestinales se van haciendo m\u00e1s frecuentes con el paso de los a\u00f1os, y especialmente a partir de los 55, cada vez existen m\u00e1s ni\u00f1os y adolescentes con dificultades digestivas, con el riesgo de hacerse cr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, se estima que cerca de un 15% de la poblaci\u00f3n infantil y juvenil de pa\u00edses desarrollados padece trastornos digestivos. <em>\u201cEs importante educar al ni\u00f1o en correctos h\u00e1bitos nutricionales y de salud porque ello va a determinar en gran medida su estado de salud digestiva y su salud en general, en la infancia y en la edad adulta\u201d<\/em>, explica la Dra. \u00c1mina Alani, experta en salud digestiva de SHA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una dieta equilibrada y rica en fruta, verduras, legumbres y cereales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Obviamente, las necesidades se hacen diferentes en funci\u00f3n de las edades y las etapas de crecimiento. <em>\u201cAs\u00ed, en la primera infancia es muy importante considerar la lactancia materna, pues con ella se genera la primera microbiota en nuestro organismo que proporciona los nutrientes adecuados y en su justa proporci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>, destaca la Dra. \u00c1mina Alani.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan van creciendo, los ni\u00f1os deben realizar una dieta equilibrada y variada, abundante en verdura y fruta, legumbres, semillas y cereales. Y garantizar un correcto aporte de grasas saludables con aceites vegetales no refinados, principalmente aceite de oliva virgen extra. Tambi\u00e9n es fundamental un adecuado aporte proteico.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cUna dieta con una mayor cantidad de calor\u00edas, rica en cereales refinados o leche con gran cantidad de grasas se relaciona con una menor diversidad en la microbiota y con la obesidad. Y el consumo de bebidas gaseosas azucaradas tambi\u00e9n tiene efectos negativos sobre los microorganismos del intestino\u201d<\/em>, explica la experta de SHA.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, entre los h\u00e1bitos saludables que deben adquirirse desde bien temprano est\u00e1 el ejercicio f\u00edsico y la pr\u00e1ctica del deporte.
