Y Viniyoga significa \u2018el Yoga se adapta a la persona, no la persona al Yoga\u2019.  Es un estilo terap\u00e9utico, ya que las secuencias y las posturas no son \u2018talla \u00fanica\u2019, sino personalizadas\u201d<\/em>, explica Rachel Rose, instructora de disciplinas Mind &amp; Body en SHA.<\/p>\n<p>Si el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/shamagazine\/beneficios-del-yoga-sobre-la-salud\/\">yoga de por s\u00ed es perfecto para cualquier programa de salud<\/a>,<\/strong> aqu\u00ed hablamos de un sistema con una pedagog\u00eda muy clara en la cual se desarrollan posturas y respiraci\u00f3n progresivamente. Es la sublimaci\u00f3n de las ense\u00f1anzas del yogui Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, considerado el padre del Yoga moderno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suave y lento, profundo y meditativo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLa atenci\u00f3n detallada al v\u00ednculo de la respiraci\u00f3n con el movimiento es lo que hace singular al Viniyoga. Es suave y lento, pero profundo y meditativo. Beneficia tanto a los j\u00f3venes como a los mayores, precisamente por su capacidad de adaptarse a las capacidades y las necesidades del alumno\u201d<\/em>, destaca Rachel Rose.<\/p>\n<p>La personalizaci\u00f3n de un tratamiento es la base de un plan de salud \u00f3ptimo. Y con el Viniyoga, de por s\u00ed sin\u00f3nimo de salud, pasa algo similar: en las sesiones individualizadas, el profesor hace una evaluaci\u00f3n del practicante y dise\u00f1a un plan adaptado espec\u00edficamente a esa persona. De esta forma, se puede sacar el m\u00e1ximo beneficio posible.<\/p>\n<p>Los asanas (posturas) son las mismas que se pueden encontrar en cualquier otro estilo de Yoga, aunque con una importante salvedad: son ejecutadas de manera diferente.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, no se entra a las posturas de forma directa, sino que se hace progresivamente. Es importante ir calentando los m\u00fasculos con repeticiones en movimiento para despu\u00e9s entrar y mantener la postura. Las secuencias tambi\u00e9n son diferentes en funci\u00f3n del estudio previo del pr\u00e1cticamente y los objetivos a trabajar en la sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Como se ha apuntado, otra de las caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1s interesantes y distintivas del Viniyoga es la respiraci\u00f3n. En las sesiones, la respiraci\u00f3n va cambiando con cada movimiento, coordinando inhalaci\u00f3n y exhalaci\u00f3n en armon\u00eda con las acciones. Aparecen varias repeticiones del mismo movimiento, coordinando respiraci\u00f3n y calentando m\u00fasculos, para despu\u00e9s entrar con la postura y mantenerla.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una variante del Yoga que es puro SHA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los beneficios del Viniyoga son extraordinarios. <em>\u201cSe trata de una disciplina que crea mucha estabilidad mental y emocional.  Deja al practicante muy apaciguado, alerta, y relajado\u201d<\/em>, indica Rachel Rose.<\/p>\n<p>En cada sesi\u00f3n de Viniyoga, se realiza una meditaci\u00f3n en movimiento y su forma de abordar los asanas nunca hace da\u00f1o, no duele. Tambi\u00e9n es flexible en cuanto a la pr\u00e1ctica personal.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cConsideramos que es mejor hacer pr\u00e1cticas cortas, pero constantes. Eso marca una diferencia con otros linajes que a menudo insisten en pr\u00e1cticas de 90 minutos, un tiempo que resulta dif\u00edcil de sostener para mucha gente\u201d<\/em>, precisa la experta de SHA.<\/p>\n<p>Y otro de los mayores beneficios del Viniyoga es que no hace distinciones: est\u00e1 indicado para todo el mundo porque se adapta a las necesidades y capacidades del alumno.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSu forma de encajar en la vida del practicante &#8211; las posturas en s\u00ed, el tiempo y la hora de pr\u00e1ctica, su inclusi\u00f3n de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/shamagazine\/pranayama-la-disciplina-de-la-respiracion\/\">pranayama<\/a> <\/strong>y meditaci\u00f3n- hace que el Viniyoga se asiente en la vida cotidiana. Sin necesidad de \u2018ser un yogui\u2019, podemos practicar Yoga y derivar sus beneficios\u201d<\/em>, sostiene Rachel Rose.<\/p>\n<p>El Viniyoga le sienta como un guante a la raz\u00f3n de ser de SHA. En el \u00e1rea de Mind &amp; Body, observamos que la gran mayor\u00eda de nuestros hu\u00e9spedes saben cuidarse y ya tienen programas de <em>fitness<\/em> establecidos, pero a la vez suelen sufrir estr\u00e9s, insomnios y ansiedad, adem\u00e1s de desfase de horario por viajar mucho.<\/p>\n<p>Esta variante del Yoga ayuda a este tipo de personas a sentirse m\u00e1s relajadas, abordar la meditaci\u00f3n y asentar la respiraci\u00f3n consciente.  Es un excelente \u2018primer contacto\u2019 con el Yoga y la meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNos permite crear secuencias cortas para los hu\u00e9spedes que quieren continuar la pr\u00e1ctica en casa.
