Las nuevas l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n sugieren importantes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4940234\/\">efectos de la meditaci\u00f3n mindfulness<\/a> sobre marcadores espec\u00edficos de inflamaci\u00f3n, autoinmunidad y envejecimiento biol\u00f3gico, seg\u00fan constat\u00f3 un art\u00edculo publicado en <em>The New York Academy of Sciences<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La influencia de la meditaci\u00f3n sobre la salud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Casi el 80 por ciento de las facultades de medicina de Estados Unidos incorporan actualmente el <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/26441167\/\">mindfulness en sus programas de tratamiento, educaci\u00f3n y\/o investigaci\u00f3n<\/a>, seg\u00fan report\u00f3 la prestigiosa revista <em>JAMA<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Las investigaciones han demostrado que puede ejercer efectos beneficiosos sobre las dolencias relacionadas con el estr\u00e9s, los trastornos psiqui\u00e1tricos y la sintomatolog\u00eda de diferentes enfermedades. De hecho, los cambios en la actividad del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico que proporciona la atenci\u00f3n plena pueden tener efectos beneficiosos sobre la salud al influir en los mecanismos que se sabe que afectan el envejecimiento biol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, contrarrestar un perfil del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico desregulado o hipersensible gracias a la meditaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda mejorar las defensas inmunitarias que protegen contra las infecciones virales y bacterianas, as\u00ed como contra diversas enfermedades relacionadas con la edad, incluidas las enfermedades cardiovasculares, la osteoporosis y la artritis, diabetes tipo 2, fragilidad y algunos c\u00e1nceres.<\/p>\n<p>El trabajo referido de <em>The New York Academy of Sciences<\/em> sugiri\u00f3 que <em>\u201cla meditaci\u00f3n de atenci\u00f3n plena modula algunos par\u00e1metros inmunes seleccionados de una manera que sugiere un perfil inmunol\u00f3gico m\u00e1s saludable\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Espec\u00edficamente, la mediaci\u00f3n de la atenci\u00f3n plena parece estar asociada con reducciones en los procesos proinflamatorios, aumentos en los par\u00e1metros de defensa mediados por c\u00e9lulas y aumentos en la actividad enzim\u00e1tica que protege contra el envejecimiento celular.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema inmune y su refuerzo se han situado como ejes de un estado de salud adecuado y, por consiguiente, de un envejecimiento saludable.
