Para tener una buena salud energ\u00e9tica es necesario entender el impacto de los electrones, los iones y los protones en el cuerpo humano\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hace miles de a\u00f1os no se hab\u00edan descubierto las leyes fundamentales de la electricidad y, por supuesto, no se hab\u00edan inventado los aparatos para hacer uso de ella, pero ya se conoc\u00eda la interrelaci\u00f3n entre nosotros y esa energ\u00eda vital que fluye a trav\u00e9s de la naturaleza y los seres vivos y que da vida y sentido a toda la materia. <em>\u201cEste concepto de fuerza esencial llamado Qi (pronunciado chi) no es algo exclusivo de la Medicina Tradicional China, sino que est\u00e1 presente en casi todas las civilizaciones antiguas. En el hinduismo se conoce como Prana (aire inspirado) y, en el cristianismo, podr\u00eda ser el alma\u201d,<\/em> afirma Philippa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esta energ\u00eda vital fluye a trav\u00e9s de canales, llamados meridianos, y, cuando se bloquea en alguna parte del recorrido, produce un desequilibrio. <em>\u201cImaginemos que el cuerpo humano es un circuito electr\u00f3nico, una especie de smartphone. El dispositivo puede estar en perfectas condiciones, pero, si tenemos muchas aplicaciones abiertas al mismo tiempo o la bater\u00eda baja, no funcionar\u00e1 correctamente. Aplicando las agujas de acupuntura sobre estos puntos conseguimos eliminar los bloqueos y que la energ\u00eda vuelva a fluir\u201d,<\/em> a\u00f1ade Philippa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>El m\u00e9todo integrativo de SHA se apoya en la Medicina Tradicional China, ya que siempre busca ir a la ra\u00edz del problema en lugar de centrarse \u00fanicamente en eliminar los s\u00edntomas.<\/strong> Y en el caso de los problemas de sobrepeso, no iba a ser menos. Por eso, es importante determinar primero cu\u00e1les son las causas que provocan la necesidad de comer (ansiedad, vac\u00edo emocional, tristeza, rabia, miedo) antes de realizarse una sesi\u00f3n de acupuntura. Y es que, como nos explica Philippa <em>\u201clas agujas son como un destornillador con el que podemos aumentar o disminuir la cantidad de Qi en un punto espec\u00edfico del sistema de meridianos. As\u00ed, adem\u00e1s de controlar la ansiedad por la comida, estimulamos los \u00f3rganos que est\u00e1n d\u00e9biles y aceleramos el metabolismo. Las sesiones duran aproximadamente media hora y son indoloras, como mucho se puede sentir una ligera punci\u00f3n. Y yo recomendar\u00eda una sesi\u00f3n al mes para mantener el sistema electr\u00f3nico fluyendo de la mejor manera posible\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Eso s\u00ed, si sigues una dieta rica en procesados, grasas, az\u00facares y bebidas gaseosas y llevas una vida sedentaria, la acupuntura tendr\u00e1 unos beneficios muy limitados para adelgazar.
