Y es que, como nos comenta Marina Domene, nutricionista de SHA, \u201cla selecci\u00f3n de alimentos que metemos en el carrito de la compra no solo tiene un enorme impacto sobre nuestra salud, sino tambi\u00e9n en el medioambiente\u201d. Por eso, consumir productos de temporada, de producci\u00f3n local y de proximidad es fundamental tanto para que el organismo obtenga los nutrientes y la energ\u00eda que necesita como para reducir nuestra huella en la naturaleza.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sostenible ser\u00eda que los alimentos fueran directamente de la huerta al plato. Pero como sabemos que esto es muy complicado, la doctora recomienda \u201celegir productos de Km 0, porque as\u00ed evitamos la contaminaci\u00f3n provocada por el transporte de mercanc\u00edas, y de temporada, para disminuir el consumo energ\u00e9tico que supone la conservaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo. Y, siempre que sea posible, intenta comprar en el mercado y no en el supermercado.
