Algo que se hace realmente dif\u00edcil debido al fren\u00e9tico ritmo de vida actual y a la incertidumbre y la angustia provocadas por la crisis sanitaria.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Para olvidarse del ruido exterior y recuperar el equilibrio cuerpo-mente, no hay nada mejor que una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">sesi\u00f3n de watsu<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> que, en palabras de Fernando Gallego, supervisor de Wellness y especialista en watsu de SHA, \u201cproporciona una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">relajaci\u00f3n extrema<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. El nombre proviene de combinar <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">water<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\"> con shiatsu, un masaje japon\u00e9s practicado desde hace milenios. Fue creado a principios de la d\u00e9cada de los 80 por Harold Dull que, tras aprender en Jap\u00f3n los secretos y t\u00e9cnicas del shiatsu, lo adapt\u00f3 al medio acu\u00e1tico en Harbin Hot Springs (California), utilizando unas <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">termas naturales de agua caliente<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">De esta manera, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 a los beneficios del shiatsu los efectos terap\u00e9uticos del agua\u201d. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">La mezcla de estiramientos musculares y articulares, suaves movimientos y digitopresi\u00f3n con la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">sensaci\u00f3n de ingravidez<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> de flotar en el agua aporta m\u00faltiples beneficios tanto f\u00edsicos como mentales. Como afirma Fernando, \u201cel watsu alivia las tensiones musculares y el dolor general, descomprime la columna vertebral, reduce la ansiedad, ayuda a controlar el estr\u00e9s, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">mejora la calidad del sue\u00f1o<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y favorece la digesti\u00f3n. Pero lo m\u00e1s importante tal vez sea el nivel de relajaci\u00f3n intensa que se consigue y que permite a los hu\u00e9spedes desconectar del d\u00eda a d\u00eda y reconectar con su yo interior. De hecho, al estar mecidos en agua caliente, sinti\u00e9ndose cuidados y seguros y dejando toda la responsabilidad al terapeuta, les permite <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">centrarse de manera muy profunda en sus emociones<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, llegando incluso a tener reminiscencias del vientre materno.
