Vivimos en la era digital y estamos rodeados de ondas (radio, televisi\u00f3n, telefon\u00eda, Bluetooth, 4G) que recorren la Tierra constantemente buscando un receptor. Y, al igual que las antenas, todos los seres vivos emitimos y recibimos radiaciones electromagn\u00e9ticas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pero la exposici\u00f3n a estas ondas no es nada nuevo. A lo largo de la historia, y a medida que la tecnolog\u00eda avanzaba, los hogares se iban llenando de electrodom\u00e9sticos, como la nevera, el televisor, el secador de pelo o el horno microondas, que producen <strong>campos electromagn\u00e9ticos<\/strong>. \u201cEl organismo se ha ido adaptando al aumento progresivo de este tipo de radiaciones, pero en la actualidad convivimos con dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos a todas horas y las <strong>frecuencias est\u00e1n demasiado alteradas<\/strong>, pudiendo distorsionar la comunicaci\u00f3n intercelular y provocar desajustes en la salud\u201d, afirma la experta en bioenerg\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para evitarlos, lo m\u00e1s recomendable es aprovechar las vacaciones estivales para ponerse a dieta digital, siempre siguiendo los consejos de Amalia:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>intenta no hablar en condiciones con muy <strong>mala cobertura<\/strong>, ya que el tel\u00e9fono utiliza mucha m\u00e1s potencia para conseguir la misma se\u00f1al.<\/li>\n<li>no lleves el tel\u00e9fono demasiado cerca de la piel, cuanto m\u00e1s alejado del contacto con el cuerpo, mejor. El bolso o la mochila es un lugar m\u00e1s adecuado que el bolsillo del pantal\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>habla con <strong>auriculares<\/strong> y, si es posible con cable, mucho mejor.<\/li>\n<li>no mantengas el tel\u00e9fono mucho tiempo pegado a la oreja, ya que es la entrada principal hacia el cerebro. <strong>Habla m\u00e1s con el altavoz<\/strong> y haz m\u00e1s audios.<\/li>\n<li>si por la noche utilizas el tel\u00e9fono como alarma, ponlo en <strong>modo avi\u00f3n <\/strong>para cortar un poco las frecuencias.
