Pero para todos los dem\u00e1s, <strong>regresar al entorno laboral<\/strong> puede convertirse en un aut\u00e9ntico drama. Para paliar la sensaci\u00f3n de desgana, la pereza, la falta de concentraci\u00f3n o la fatiga con las que muchos se enfrentan a su <strong>primer d\u00eda de oficina<\/strong> despu\u00e9s de las vacaciones de verano, hemos pedido consejo a Amalia Rubio, responsable de la Unidad Energ\u00e9tica de SHA: \u201cCuando finalizan los d\u00edas de descanso, retomar las tareas rutinarias puede suponer un reto. Para realizar la transici\u00f3n entre la libertad vacacional y las responsabilidades y obligaciones laborales es fundamental <strong>tener una actitud positiva<\/strong>. Para ello es esencial <strong>enfocarse en el presente<\/strong> y dejar de pensar en el pasado. Eso s\u00ed, agradece el haber podido disfrutar de ellas y celebra lo bien que lo has pasado, pero tambi\u00e9n hay que estar agradecidos por tener trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Apurar las vacaciones hasta el \u00faltimo segundo no es una buena idea porque cambiar de estilo de vida de modo tan abrupto puede hacer m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil el proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n. Por eso, Amalia recomienda \u201c<strong>regresar un par de d\u00edas antes<\/strong> de empezar a trabajar para poder ir organizando paulatinamente tus horarios y tus rutinas: lev\u00e1ntate temprano, pero t\u00f3mate el d\u00eda de forma relajada, deshaz la maleta, llena la nevera y ordena tu hogar para ir mentaliz\u00e1ndote poco a poco. Tambi\u00e9n es muy recomendable <strong>volver a comer de manera saludable y equilibrada<\/strong> y recuperar una correcta higiene del sue\u00f1o y dejar atr\u00e1s los excesos estivales y los horarios an\u00e1rquicos de las vacaciones\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suena el despertador<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aunque es algo de deber\u00edamos hacer habitualmente, la experta aconseja que \u201cel primer d\u00eda de la vuelta al trabajo, lev\u00e1ntate un poco antes para poder desayunar tranquilamente, sin prisas y, despu\u00e9s, dedica unos minutos a realizar estiramientos y a <strong>respirar de manera consciente<\/strong> para conectar con tu cuerpo y contigo mismo antes de conectar con el resto del mundo. Procura llegar temprano a la oficina para empezar m\u00e1s relajado y t\u00f3mate las pausas que necesites para no colapsarte ni agotarte, charla con los compa\u00f1eros para enterarte de lo que pasado mientras estabas fuera y, algo muy importante, <strong>prioriza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, seguro que tienes miles de emails sin leer y no vas a poder contestarlos todos el primer d\u00eda, as\u00ed que comienza con los m\u00e1s urgentes y deja el resto para m\u00e1s adelante.
