Existe un t\u00e9rmino en s\u00e1nscrito, <strong>vinyasa krama<\/strong>, que lo describe a la perfecci\u00f3n y que hace referencia al <strong>cambio progresivo en el tiempo<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, el yoga es una sorpresa constante porque, justo cuando empiezas a pensar que lo entiendes todo, descubres algo nuevo que te desconcierta.
