Adem\u00e1s, da la sensaci\u00f3n de que todo el estr\u00e9s y la <strong>tensi\u00f3n <\/strong>del d\u00eda a d\u00eda tienden a acumularse en el cuello y los hombros, provocando desde rigidez muscular hasta contracturas. Y esto nos hace <strong>dormir peor<\/strong>, lo cual agrava todav\u00eda m\u00e1s el problema.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para aliviar estos dolores, y prevenir su futura aparici\u00f3n, es fundamental potenciar tanto la fuerza como la <strong>flexibilidad muscular<\/strong> con ejercicios espec\u00edficos que fortalezcan la zona y minimicen las molestias existentes. El yoga es una excelente soluci\u00f3n porque, adem\u00e1s de los m\u00faltiples beneficios f\u00edsicos, nos ayuda a <strong>controlar el estr\u00e9s<\/strong> y favorece un descanso reparador. Como nos cuenta Rachel Rose, experta en Mind &amp; Body de SHA, \u201csi queremos relajar la espalda es importante <strong>trabajar tumbado bocarriba en el suelo<\/strong> porque, al ser una superficie dura y plana, nos sirve de referencia y nos permite ser conscientes del apoyo de la <strong>columna vertebral<\/strong> que, en esta posici\u00f3n, busca su eje de forma natural. Pero, dependiendo de la zona (cervical, tor\u00e1cica o lumbar), hay determinadas posturas que proporcionan mejores resultados que otras. Si el dolor se presenta en el cuello o el \u00e1rea tor\u00e1cica, Rachel recomienda \u201cabrir y cerrar la caja tor\u00e1cica realizando <strong>movilizaciones de los brazos en sincron\u00eda con la respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong>. En cambio, si el dolor se centra en la regi\u00f3n lumbar, aconsejo hacer movilizaciones de las piernas, como por ejemplo, elev\u00e1ndolas en un \u00e1ngulo de 90\u00ba. Otro ejercicio muy beneficioso es <strong>flexionar las rodillas<\/strong> y bajarlas hacia un lado mientras espiras, volver al centro inspirando, y bajarlas al otro lado espirando, como un p\u00e9ndulo. Adem\u00e1s, la <strong>postura de apanasana<\/strong> es perfecta para acabar con estos dolores: t\u00fambate bocarriba en el suelo, estira la espalda para que toda la columna vertebral est\u00e9 en contacto con el suelo y, espirando, dobla las rodillas a la altura del coraz\u00f3n, e, inspirando, estira los brazos. As\u00ed, estar\u00e1s abriendo el espacio entre los muslos y el abdomen\u201d.
