Y es que tenemos err\u00f3neamente interiorizado el concepto de que las celebraciones y <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">los excesos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> van de la mano. Si durante estos d\u00edas te has olvidado de las pautas de nutrici\u00f3n saludable que sigues el resto del a\u00f1o, ha llegado la hora de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">depurar el organismo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> y favorecer la eliminaci\u00f3n de toxinas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Como nos comenta Marina Domene, nutricionista de SHA, \u201c<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">el h\u00edgado tiene su propio sistema de autolimpieza<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> y no existe ning\u00fan alimento capaz de emularlo. Pero lo que s\u00ed podemos hacer es ayudarlo en el proceso. Lo primero es <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">limitar la exposici\u00f3n a las toxinas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> para que el h\u00edgado tenga una menor carga. As\u00ed que evita el consumo de alcohol y de alimentos procesados ricos en az\u00facares, harinas refinadas y grasas saturadas porque generan una grasa hep\u00e1tica que altera la funci\u00f3n del h\u00edgado. Adem\u00e1s, es importante <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">no abusar de los medicamentos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> y tomarlos solo cuando sea realmente necesario, ya que su consumo sobrecarga la funci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Una vez minimizada la entrada de toxinas al organismo, es fundamental <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">acelerar la eliminaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> de las que ya est\u00e1n dentro. Para ello, Marina recomienda incluir en la dieta determinados alimentos, como \u201clas <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">alcachofas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, que son muy buenas para el h\u00edgado y las transaminasas, y el daikon, un r\u00e1bano japon\u00e9s que va muy bien a nivel hep\u00e1tico. Tambi\u00e9n algunas bebidas, como el t\u00e9 de kombu, que ayuda a los ri\u00f1ones y las gl\u00e1ndulas suprarrenales, o el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">t\u00e9 de shiitake<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, que reduce el colesterol\u201d. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Para que empieces a cuidarte desde hoy mismo, Marina propone un men\u00fa tan delicioso y saludable como <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">depurativo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. \u201cLo ideal es comenzar el desayuno con una sopa de miso porque es un alimento alcalino, depurativo, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">diur\u00e9tico<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> y muy reconfortante; un t\u00e9 kukicha, porque es alcalino, mejora la digesti\u00f3n, es fuente de antioxidantes y minerales y, a diferencia del t\u00e9 verde convencional, no tiene estimulantes, por lo que no sobrecarga la funci\u00f3n de la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gl\u00e1ndula adrenal<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> del ri\u00f1\u00f3n, y un porridge de avena con un toque de canela. Para comer, una ensalada de temporada<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y un pescado a la plancha acompa\u00f1ado de verduras horneadas.
