Por eso, en el <strong>programa SHA de Control de Peso<\/strong> no eliminamos los carbohidratos, ni tampoco las prote\u00ednas ni las grasas, que en su mayor\u00eda son de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">origen vegetal<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Solo recomendar\u00eda una dieta baja en carbohidratos, como la cetog\u00e9nica, a personas con <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">resistencia a la insulina<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> o que tienen una mala asimilaci\u00f3n de los carbohidratos, pero, como norma general, nunca se deben suprimir totalmente\u201d. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Los carbohidratos cobran especial importancia para todas aquellas personas que practican cualquier <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">actividad f\u00edsica<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Como afirma Marina, \u201ctomar carbohidratos es el mejor modo y el m\u00e1s saludable para mejorar el rendimiento deportivo porque permiten que el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gluc\u00f3geno muscular<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, que es el principal almac\u00e9n de glucosa del cuerpo, est\u00e9 en perfectas condiciones para realizar todo tipo de esfuerzos, desde un sprint a carreras m\u00e1s largas o aumentar el n\u00famero de repeticiones en <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">series de musculaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Encontrar\u00e1s <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">carbohidratos saludables<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> en cereales como el arroz integral, la quinoa, el trigo sarraceno o el mijo que, como a\u00f1ade Marina, \u201cson estupendos aliados <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">para perder peso<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> porque aportan fibra, son saciantes y los carbohidratos que contienen nos ayudan a controlar el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">deseo de dulce<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Las dietas muy bajas en carbohidratos o las que los eliminan por completo suelen generar mayor estr\u00e9s y ansiedad por este tipo de alimentos y provocan el efecto contrario, es decir, que se consuman en exceso. Otra buena fuente de carbohidratos son las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">legumbres<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que, adem\u00e1s, son fuente de fibra, minerales y vitaminas.
