Esto ha provocado que las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">personas m\u00e1s vulnerables emocionalmente<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, o con tendencias obsesivas o paranoicas, hayan desarrollado determinados<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> s\u00edntomas psicol\u00f3gicos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, como ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n o trastornos de la conducta alimentaria\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Por eso, no es de extra\u00f1ar que el debate social est\u00e9 centrado ahora mismo en la importancia de cuidar la <b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">salud mental<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 es exactamente la salud mental? Como nos cuenta Cinthya, \u201cla Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud define la salud mental no solo como la ausencia de trastornos mentales, sino como <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">un estado completo y equilibrado de bienestar f\u00edsico, mental y social (y yo a\u00f1ado espiritual)<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> en el que cada individuo pueda desarrollar todas sus capacidades, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hacer frente al estr\u00e9s normal de la vida<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, trabajar de forma productiva y contribuir a la comunidad. En definitiva, implica un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sentido positivo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que combina el bienestar individual con el funcionamiento en sociedad porque, no lo olvidemos, los seres humanos somos seres sociales\u201d.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ante un panorama general tan inestable, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">es normal sentir miedo, estr\u00e9s o incertidumbre<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Pero hay que saber que estas emociones, aunque negativas, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">forman parte de la vida <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">y que lo importante es aprender a gestionarlas correctamente. Eso s\u00ed, la experta advierte de que \u201c<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">las enfermedades mentales han existido siempre<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Lo que sucede es que antes no se diagnosticaba y, cuando se detectaba el fracaso escolar, no se iba al origen.
