Por eso, desde la tarde del pr\u00f3ximo 2 de abril hasta la tarde del 2 de mayo nos sumamos a la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">celebraci\u00f3n del Ramad\u00e1n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Para ello, la informaci\u00f3n relativa a los horarios de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">la salida y la puesta del sol y la direcci\u00f3n a La Meca<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> estar\u00e1 disponible en las suites y en la recepci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se preparar\u00e1n amenities especiales en las habitaciones, con <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">d\u00e1tiles, zumos y agua<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, y tanto el iftar como el suhoor se podr\u00e1n solicitar al room service hasta las 22 h. y se servir\u00e1n hasta las 12 h. Adem\u00e1s, y bajo petici\u00f3n, los hu\u00e9spedes ser\u00e1n atendidos por terapeutas de su mismo sexo.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Para que los cambios en los h\u00e1bitos de vida durante el Ramad\u00e1n no ocasionen ning\u00fan <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">desequilibrio nutricional o energ\u00e9tico<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, el equipo multidisciplinar de SHA nos da una serie de consejos que nos ayudar\u00e1n a alcanzar el bienestar espiritual.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Nutrici\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En las horas de no ayuno, es fundamental decantarse por alimentos frescos y saludables y <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">evitar los procesados<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. De esta manera, el organismo podr\u00e1 obtener los nutrientes que necesita para funcionar correctamente y te sentir\u00e1s con energ\u00eda durante todo el d\u00eda. Para mantenerte hidratado, aumenta el consumo de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">alimentos con un alto contenido en agua<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, como los pepinos, la lechuga, los r\u00e1banos, la coliflor, el br\u00f3coli, el apio, el mel\u00f3n, la sand\u00eda, las fresas, las manzanas o las verduras de hoja verde. Y sustituye las sustancias que pueden provocar deshidrataci\u00f3n, como la cafe\u00edna, por zumos elaborados<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">con <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">frutas y verduras frescas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y de temporada. Al hacer ejercicio, el organismo segrega endorfinas y hormonas, como la oxitocina, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">que <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mejoran el estado de \u00e1nimo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, reducen los sentimientos negativos, como la ansiedad y la depresi\u00f3n, y act\u00faan como <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">analg\u00e9sicos naturales<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que favorecen la relajaci\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s.
