Pero con el inicio del <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nuevo milenio<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, la percepci\u00f3n social de la salud empez\u00f3 a cambiar y se ampli\u00f3 a un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">concepto global que integra los planos f\u00edsico, mental, emocional y espiritual<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Como nos cuenta Cinthya Molina, psic\u00f3loga de SHA, \u201cen la actualidad, la gran mayor\u00eda de la sociedad es consciente de que la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">salud mental<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> es un factor indispensable para alcanzar un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">completo estado de bienestar<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> y que el cuerpo y la mente est\u00e1n estrechamente relacionados. Por eso, adem\u00e1s de cuidar la dieta y practicar deporte, es necesario <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">aprender a gestionar las emociones negativas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Porque cuando estamos tristes, alica\u00eddos, desanimados o nos falta energ\u00eda, cualquier peque\u00f1o contratiempo se convierte en un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">obst\u00e1culo insalvable<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Como afirma Cinthya, \u201ctener una buena salud mental es muy importante porque permite <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">enfrentarse al estr\u00e9s normal de la vida,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> estar f\u00edsicamente mejor, mantener buenas relaciones y trabajar productivamente\u201d. Para conseguirlo, la experta nos da nueve claves:\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> El primer paso para tener una buena salud mental es entender que <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">las emociones negativas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, como la tristeza, la incertidumbre, el miedo o la frustraci\u00f3n, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">forman parte de la vida<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Tenemos que aprender a aceptar que, en alg\u00fan momento, vamos a enfrentarnos a estos sentimientos negativos. Ahora bien, si cuando esto sucede, mantenemos una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">actitud positiva<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, evitaremos que las emociones negativas se conviertan en un ancla que nos paraliza y no nos deja avanzar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Limita el consumo de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">informaci\u00f3n negativa<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Pasarse todo el d\u00eda leyendo <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">bad news<\/span><\/i> <b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">no es saludable mentalmente <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">y vuelve a las personas m\u00e1s irritables y catastrofistas. Estamos siempre buscando y ansiando lo que todav\u00eda no hemos alcanzado y eso est\u00e1 muy bien porque nos ayuda a avanzar. Pero tenemos que ser agradecidos con lo que tenemos, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">compartir tiempo con los seres cuidados y valorar las peque\u00f1as cosas,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> como disfrutar de una buena comida entre risas y amigos, que normalmente pasan desapercibidas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Cuida la salud f\u00edsica. Como ya hemos dicho antes, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">cuerpo y mente est\u00e1n conectados<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Por eso, hacer ejercicio moderado de manera regular, dormir lo suficiente y alimentarse de forma saludable van a hacer que tengamos un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sistema equilibrado<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Si el cuerpo funciona bien, la cabeza tambi\u00e9n. Y viceversa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Conecta con los dem\u00e1s<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Los seres humanos somos seres sociales, de ah\u00ed que sea fundamental mantener unas relaciones estrechas con nuestros familiares y amigos. Conectarse con los dem\u00e1s es una herramienta muy eficaz para mantener una buena salud mental y el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">apoyo social es determinante para no padecer psicopatolog\u00eda mental<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Ayuda a los dem\u00e1s. <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ser altruista<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> nos enriquece como individuos y hace que desarrollemos un significado y un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">prop\u00f3sito en la vida<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
