Y por eso tambi\u00e9n, dos veces al a\u00f1o, <strong>renovamos nuestra oferta gastron\u00f3mica<\/strong> para adaptarnos as\u00ed tanto a los <strong>alimentos de temporada<\/strong> como a las <strong>necesidades energ\u00e9ticas del cuerpo <\/strong>en las diferentes estaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Los seres humanos somos un canal de conexi\u00f3n entre el cielo y la tierra, de ah\u00ed que la base de la nutrici\u00f3n SHA sean las<strong> verduras de hoja verde<\/strong> (nutrientes de sol) y las <strong>ra\u00edces<\/strong> (nutrientes de tierra), que se complementan y aportan las prote\u00ednas, las vitaminas y los minerales necesarios para el <strong>correcto funcionamiento del organismo<\/strong>. Eso s\u00ed, siempre primando los alimentos propios de cada estaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>primavera<\/strong> se caracteriza por una <strong>energ\u00eda expansiva y ascendente<\/strong>. En definitiva, <strong>comidas frescas<\/strong> que vienen a sustituir los platos de cuchara calientes, como los guisos de legumbres, por <strong>gazpachos<\/strong>, zumos, batidos, <strong>ensaladas prensadas<\/strong> y verduras crudas o ligeramente escaldadas.
