Una dieta alta en grasas y <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">az\u00facares refinados<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y en la que abundan los alimentos ultraprocesados, la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">carne roja<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y los embutidos puede alterarla r\u00e1pidamente. En cambio, la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea, rica en Omega 3, es muy beneficiosa para mantener una microbiota sana.
