Una jornada dedicada a concienciar a la sociedad de la importancia que tiene para la salud f\u00edsica, mental, emocional y espiritual aprender a <strong>desconectar del estr\u00e9s<\/strong> provocado por el fren\u00e9tico ritmo de vida actual y a reconectar con nosotros mismos. En definitiva, a <strong>repensar nuestro estilo de vida<\/strong> para ser capaces de abrir un espacio de autocuidado que nos permita alcanzar el <strong>estado \u00f3ptimo de bienestar<\/strong>. En SHA nos unimos a esta celebraci\u00f3n con tres terapias milenarias que, a trav\u00e9s de la relajaci\u00f3n profunda, nos ayudan a recuperar el <strong>equilibrio cuerpo-mente<\/strong> y la tan necesaria y deseada paz interior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Terapia sonora con cuencos tibetanos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Utilizada desde hace milenios por los maestros budistas, se realiza con unos cuencos espec\u00edficamente dise\u00f1ados y fabricados para esta <strong>t\u00e9cnica de sanaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y que, al ser frotados, rozados o golpeados suavemente con una baqueta o maza, producen determinados <strong>sonidos y vibraciones<\/strong> que tienen un efecto directo sobre el estado de \u00e1nimo. Alivian el estr\u00e9s, calman la ansiedad, <strong>recargan los niveles energ\u00e9ticos<\/strong> del organismo, ayudan a liberar las tensiones f\u00edsicas y mentales y favorecen tanto el sue\u00f1o como la relajaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Watsu a cuatro manos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u201cProporciona una <strong>relajaci\u00f3n extrema<\/strong>\u201d. Esta terapia acu\u00e1tica, que combina los <strong>beneficios terap\u00e9uticos del agua<\/strong> con las t\u00e9cnicas de digitopresi\u00f3n del masaje japon\u00e9s shiatsu, alivia las tensiones musculares y el dolor, descomprime la columna vertebral, <strong>reduce la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s<\/strong>, mejora la calidad del sue\u00f1o y favorece la digesti\u00f3n. Imag\u00ednate la maravillosa <strong>sensaci\u00f3n de ingravidez<\/strong> de flotar en el agua (a 34\u00ba C exactos) mientras dos expertos terapeutas te acunan, realizan suaves estiramientos y trabajan los puntos de acupuntura con ligeras presiones en una <strong>piscina individual y totalmente privada<\/strong> dise\u00f1ada especialmente para este tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Respiraci\u00f3n pranayama<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La respiraci\u00f3n es el <strong>puente que une el cuerpo con la mente<\/strong>.
