Para ello, hay que silenciar el ruido mental y <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">dejar de saltar de un pensamiento a otro<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. De esta manera, podemos bajar a tierra y reconectar con lo b\u00e1sico y fundamental, es decir, con uno mismo\u201d. Pero la teor\u00eda es m\u00e1s sencilla que la pr\u00e1ctica porque el estilo de vida actual, en el que todo es <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">urgente e inmediato<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, nos lleva justo en la direcci\u00f3n opuesta y las 24 horas del d\u00eda nos parecen insuficientes para cumplir con todas las obligaciones. \u201cEl descanso mental es esencial porque vivimos en un mundo en el que estamos sobreestimulados por un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">ritmo de trabajo fren\u00e9tico<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, al que hay que sumar las distintas responsabilidades personales, dom\u00e9sticas, familiares y sociales. Por eso, es muy importante <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">dedicar un ratito a escucharnos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y a estar a solas con nosotros mismos\u201d, a\u00f1ade Cinthya.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">El problema es que casi nunca disponemos de ese tiempo libre para <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">reconectar con nuestro yo interior<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Y esto, como afirma la experta, \u201cprovoca que nos sintamos continuamente <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">al borde del \u2018colapso\u2019 <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">y que no podamos atender como nos gustar\u00eda todo aquello que tenemos que hacer. Esto se verbaliza en frases como \u2018no puedo m\u00e1s\u2019 o \u2018estoy siempre agotado\u2019, que indican que necesitas un descanso mental\u201d. Eso s\u00ed, desconectar no significa dejar la mente en blanco, algo realmente complicado, sino <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">centrar toda la atenci\u00f3n en el momento presente<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y dejar de darle vueltas tanto a lo que ya hemos hecho como a lo que nos queda por hacer.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En SHA sabemos que conseguir un buen descanso mental depende de m\u00faltiples factores.
