Como nos cuenta Cinthya Molina, psic\u00f3loga de SHA, \u201clas nuevas tecnolog\u00edas han cambiado la forma en la que nos relacionamos. La <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">inmediatez<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">accesibilidad<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> han creado un mapa mental que se ejecuta tambi\u00e9n en la realidad, esto es, en lo que est\u00e1 fuera de las redes sociales\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Los <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> no son en s\u00ed mismos ni perjudiciales ni beneficiosos. Todo depende del uso, o del abuso, que hagamos de ellos. Porque, como todo en la vida, el secreto est\u00e1 en el equilibrio. Pasar demasiado tiempo en internet o en las redes sociales supone una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">sobreestimulaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> constante que afecta de manera muy negativa a nuestra <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">salud mental<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Como explica la experta, \u201cel uso excesivo de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas disminuye nuestro contacto con el entorno, nos a\u00edsla. Y esa <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">falta de socializaci\u00f3n y afecto<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> provoca ansiedad, angustia y trastornos afectivos. Adem\u00e1s, puede generar una dependencia que se manifiesta con un aumento de la irritabilidad, la frustraci\u00f3n y el enfado. Es decir, cursa con los s\u00edntomas cl\u00e1sicos del <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">s\u00edndrome de abstinencia<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Por eso no es de extra\u00f1ar que, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, pero sobre todo durante el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">confinamiento<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, cuando el consumo de contenidos digitales alcanz\u00f3 m\u00e1ximos hist\u00f3ricos, se haya producido un incremento muy significativo de los trastornos asociados a las pantallas. Son las llamadas <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">tecnopatolog\u00edas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> o enfermedades 2.0. Cinthya nos explica la tres m\u00e1s comunes:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8211;<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Nomofobia<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Aparece cuando la tranquilidad y el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">bienestar<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> dependen de llevar siempre el m\u00f3vil encima. La sufre el 50 % de los usuarios y se agudiza cuando se olvida el m\u00f3vil en casa, se agota la bater\u00eda, no se tiene el cargador a mano o no hay cobertura.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8211;<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">FOMO<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Son las siglas en ingl\u00e9s de Fear Of Missing Out, o sea, el miedo a perderse algo de lo que pueda estar pasando en sus grupos o redes sociales. Esto provoca una gran <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">ansiedad<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y angustia al pensar que no pueden conectarse cuando a ellos les gustar\u00eda.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8211;<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Apnea del WhatsApp<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Es propia de quienes necesitan comprobar de forma compulsiva su m\u00f3vil para ver si alguien se ha puesto en contacto. Las personas que la sufren miran constantemente el m\u00f3vil, aunque no hayan recibido ning\u00fan mensaje nuevo, vuelven a leer los ya recibidos para interpretar si est\u00e1 en l\u00ednea o por qu\u00e9 no han contestado. Esto genera estr\u00e9s, ansiedad y un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">intenso estado de nerviosismo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En definitiva, si cuando internet se cae, WhatsApp deja de funcionar, vas a un lugar donde no hay cobertura o el m\u00f3vil se queda sin bater\u00eda sientes una gran <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">sensaci\u00f3n de malestar o nerviosismo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, tal vez haya llegado el momento de desconectar por un tiempo de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.
