Aqu\u00ed te ense\u00f1amos c\u00f3mo conseguirlo.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW192302795 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Hace casi dos a\u00f1os y medio que comenz\u00f3 la crisis sanitaria global y su final todav\u00eda no se vislumbra, por lo menos, a corto plazo. Las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">olas de contagios<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> se suceden sin soluci\u00f3n de continuidad (ya vamos por la s\u00e9ptima) <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">y la falta de un criterio \u00fanico a la hora de adoptar las medidas m\u00e1s adecuadas para superar la pandemia no ha hecho m\u00e1s que <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">aumentar la confusi\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> en buena parte de la poblaci\u00f3n. En todo este tiempo, la sociedad se ha adaptado lo mejor que ha podido a un escenario completamente in\u00e9dito para el que nadie estaba preparado. Pero s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">on muchos meses conviviendo a diario con <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">emociones negativas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, como la <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ansiedad, el miedo, la incertidumbre, el estr\u00e9s o la tristeza, que han ido haciendo mella en la salud mental.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Como explica Cinthya Molina, psic\u00f3loga de SHA, \u201c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">la crisis se est\u00e1 alargando tanto que ha provocado la llamada <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">fatiga pand\u00e9mica<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, que es el cansancio y la desmotivaci\u00f3n que sentimos ante una situaci\u00f3n que se prolonga en el tiempo y que, al principio, no pens\u00e1bamos que fuese a durar tanto. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">El <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">aislamiento social<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, la p\u00e9rdida de amigos y familiares, la inestabilidad laboral y econ\u00f3mica o el enfrentarse a la propia mortalidad est\u00e1n teniendo un gran impacto en nuestro <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">estado de \u00e1nimo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. A<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">daptarse cuanto antes a la nueva realidad <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">es fundamental para <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">limitar las repercusiones<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> que la pandemia est\u00e1 causando en la salud mental\u201d.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">Para acelerar este proceso, Cinthya aconseja:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Limitar el consumo de informaci\u00f3n sobre la pandemia<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Una cosa es estar informado, algo necesario y recomendado, y otra muy distinta pasarse el d\u00eda consultando las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00faltimas noticias<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> sobre el coronavirus. Como la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud ha confirmado, la crisis sanitaria ha creado una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">infodemia<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, es decir, un enorme aumento de la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con el Covid y que, en muchas ocasiones, manda <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">mensajes contradictorios<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. El consumo excesivo de informaci\u00f3n aumenta la confusi\u00f3n, la preocupaci\u00f3n y la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">desesperanza<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y vuelve a las personas m\u00e1s catastrofistas e irritables, lo que afecta directamente a la salud mental.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Aprender a gestionar las emociones negativas<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Intentar reprimir las emociones negativas es un error. La incertidumbre, el miedo, la rabia, la desconfianza o el propio Covid <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">forman parte de la vida<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y eliminarlas es imposible. Por eso, es preferible aprender a aceptar, gestionar y manejar estas vivencias desagradables que invertir tiempo y energ\u00eda en combatirlas. De esta manera, no se convertir\u00e1n en un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">obst\u00e1culo en nuestro camino<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Centrarse en aquello que s\u00ed podemos controlar, disfrutar de tiempo de ocio con tus familiares y amigos, ayudar a los dem\u00e1s y <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">hacer planes a corto plazo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> te dar\u00e1n mucha paz mental.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Practicar el mindfulness<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Desde que empez\u00f3 la pandemia, muchos han buscado, acertadamente, el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">equilibrio emocional <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">en disciplinas que unen el cuidado del cuerpo con el de la mente. La meditaci\u00f3n, el yoga o las t\u00e9cnicas de control de la respiraci\u00f3n nos ayudan a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">focalizarnos en el momento presente<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, nos hacen conscientes del aqu\u00ed y el ahora, favorecen la relajaci\u00f3n, mejoran el descanso reparador, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">minimizan el estr\u00e9s<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, calman la ansiedad y aumentan la claridad mental.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Llevar un estilo de vida saludable<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En el cuerpo humano todo est\u00e1 <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">interconectado<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> e interrelacionado. Por eso, una buena salud mental no depende solo de la gesti\u00f3n de los sentimientos, sino que influyen otros muchos factores.
