La inmediatez y la sobreestimulaci\u00f3n de las redes sociales han creado una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">positividad t\u00f3xica<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> que nos obliga a buscar constantemente nuevos retos y metas y que nos impide disfrutar de los <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">objetivos conseguidos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Adem\u00e1s, parece que tenemos que ser s\u00faper padres, s\u00faper ambiciosos en el trabajo, disfrutar de unas vacaciones de ensue\u00f1o, tener un cuerpo perfecto, etc. Y el problema es que esta <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">hiperestimulaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> no viene solo desde el exterior, sino que muchas veces somos nosotros mismos los que la provocamos. Si no estamos haciendo mil cosas a la vez, creemos estar desaprovechando el tiempo\u201d, a\u00f1ade la experta.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En definitiva, la hiperestimulaci\u00f3n causada por el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">fren\u00e9tico ritmo de vida<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> actual es la raz\u00f3n principal de que nos cueste tanto relajarnos, algo que tiene un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">alto impacto emocional<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y que hace que nos sintamos <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">frustrados<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Cinthya avisa: \u201cesto indica que no est\u00e1s ocupando tu tiempo de forma eficiente y efectiva en lo que realmente necesitas.
