Durante todo el a\u00f1o, so\u00f1amos con las vacaciones, pero cuando por fin llega el momento de disfrutarlas, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">somos incapaces de desconectar de las responsabilidades laborales<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Como nos explica Cinthya Molina, psic\u00f3loga de SHA, \u201cesto se debe a que llevamos un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">estilo de vida muy acelerado<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. El cuerpo humano acaba acostumbr\u00e1ndose a este ritmo fren\u00e9tico, a la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">hiperestimulaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y al multitasking y, cuando paramos, los <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">niveles de cortisol<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, que es la hormona del estr\u00e9s, siguen muy altos. Esto hace que nos sintamos alterados y con <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">ansiedad<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Y es que, aunque <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">el est\u00edmulo estresante desaparezca, el organismo necesita tres o cuatros d\u00edas para volver a su estado normal<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Sobrecargas musculares en cuello y espalda, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">problemas para conciliar el sue\u00f1o<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> o dolores de cabeza son algunos de los s\u00edntomas que muchos sufren durante los primeros d\u00edas vacaciones y las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">se\u00f1ales de alarma<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> m\u00e1s habituales de que tanto el cuerpo como la mente necesitan un descanso. Para no llegar muy quemado a las vacaciones, Cinthya destaca \u201cla importancia de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">gestionar el tiempo correctamente<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> en el entorno laboral. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Si tu puesto te lo permite, es esencial aprender a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">delegar funciones<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. De esta manera, podr\u00e1s tener un poco de espacio personal y aprovecharlo para ejercer el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">autocuidado<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Adem\u00e1s, es importante <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">no aislarse. Aunque tengas mucho trabajo, no dejes de hacer las pausas con el equipo o ir a comer con tus compa\u00f1eros. La frontera que antes separaba la vida laboral y la personal se est\u00e1 difuminado y esto <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">dificulta la desconexi\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Desconectar durante las vacaciones es una necesidad vital que nos permite <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">reiniciar el cuerpo y la mente<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> para volver a la oficina con las pilas cargadas en vez de con la reserva encendida. Para conseguirlo, la experta recomienda \u201calejarse en la medida de lo posible de los <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> porque son la herramienta que nos conecta con el entorno laboral. As\u00ed que, durante las vacaciones, nada de comprobar el email de trabajo. Y si tu jefe te env\u00eda un correo o un WhatsApp, has de saber que legalmente tienes el derecho de ignorarlo y no contestar. Adem\u00e1s, sigue una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">dieta saludable<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> basada principalmente en frutas y verduras de temporada. Evita el alcohol, las sustancias estimulantes, los az\u00facares y los alimentos ultraprocesados porque crean mucha neblina mental. Establece una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">buena pauta de sue\u00f1o<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, ya que el descanso es fundamental para reducir los niveles de estr\u00e9s. Realiza actividades que te hagan sentir bien y dedica tiempo a tus <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">hobbies<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">: lee, haz deporte, pasea por la playa o por la naturaleza y disfruta de tu familia y amigos.
