Adem\u00e1s, es muy \u00fatil empezar un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">diario de alimentos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> en el que apuntes todo lo que consumes a lo largo de la jornada.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\"> La <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">calidad de los alimentos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> afecta a nuestra energ\u00eda, peso y c\u00f3mo nos sentimos. Los alimentos que han sido cultivados de forma respetuosa con el medioambiente y est\u00e1n cocinados con amor marcan <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">una gran diferencia para la salud<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Dec\u00e1ntate por los org\u00e1nicos, locales, de proximidad y de temporada y evita los ultraprocesados.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\"> S\u00e9 consciente de lo que bebes.
