La raz\u00f3n principal es que son <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">fechas muy sociales<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> en las que nos reunimos con la familia y amigos y lo celebramos alrededor de una mesa repleta de comida y bebida, no siempre sanas ni equilibradas.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">El aumento del <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">consumo de alcohol<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, fritos, postres azucarados, bebidas carbonatadas, grasas y las comidas y cenas copiosas t\u00edpicas de estos d\u00edas afectan directamente a la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">salud digestiva<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Por eso, el oto\u00f1o es el momento ideal para realizar una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dieta d\u00e9tox<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> con la que eliminar las toxinas acumuladas en el verano y preparar el organismo para la Navidad.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pero no todas las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sustancias t\u00f3xicas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> provienen de la alimentaci\u00f3n.
