Pero, como nos cuenta Cinthya Molina, psic\u00f3loga de SHA, \u201clo cierto es que <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">la realidad es neutra<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Es decir, no tiene un significado en s\u00ed misma ni est\u00e1 cargada de emociones. De cada uno de nosotros depende <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">c\u00f3mo la interpretamos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y c\u00f3mo gestionamos estas vivencias desagradables para que no se conviertan en un obst\u00e1culo en nuestro camino. Por eso, es esencial aprender a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">aceptar y manejar estas situaciones<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, en vez de invertir nuestro tiempo y energ\u00eda en combatirlas\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Esa sensaci\u00f3n de verse <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">superado por la realidad<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">no tener el control<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> de tu propia vida es una de las causas principales del <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">estr\u00e9s emocional<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> que, si se prolonga en el tiempo, puede desencadenar un c\u00edrculo vicioso con un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">impacto muy negativo en el estado general de salud<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y bienestar. Como nos recuerda Cinthya, \u201cexiste una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">relaci\u00f3n bidireccional entre los planos emocional y f\u00edsico<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, de ah\u00ed que el estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico pueda derivar en problemas cardiovasculares y digestivos, dolores musculares, migra\u00f1as, falta de concentraci\u00f3n, memoria o deseo sexual, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">p\u00e9rdida de rendimiento<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> tanto intelectual como f\u00edsico o un sue\u00f1o escaso e intermitente\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El estr\u00e9s es una respuesta natural<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, innata y necesaria ante un est\u00edmulo concreto y nos ayuda a superar los momentos dif\u00edciles porque pone el organismo en <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">estado de alerta<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Cuando los seres humanos todav\u00eda viv\u00edamos en cuevas, era el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">mecanismo de escape<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> que nos permit\u00eda huir de cualquier amenaza. Y, aunque en la actualidad ya no tenemos que defendernos del ataque de un mamut, es el estr\u00e9s el que nos ayuda a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">alcanzar nuestros objetivos <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">y metas y a superar los retos y desaf\u00edos de la vida. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El problema se produce cuando no somos capaces de gestionarlo correctamente, deja de ser algo puntual y <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">se cronifica<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Eso s\u00ed, este proceso no es inmediato, sino que se desarrolla de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">forma gradual<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Y la obtiene a trav\u00e9s del az\u00facar, el alcohol o de comer m\u00e1s.
