Pero este ecosistema puede verse afectado por diferentes factores, provocando un desequilibrio conocido como <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">disbiosis intestinal<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Como nos cuenta Ana Mayor, m\u00e9dico internista y experta en Salud Digestiva de SHA, \u201c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">la microbiota intestinal se mantiene en un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">delicado equilibrio<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y, cuando este se rompe y la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">capacidad de resiliencia de las bacterias<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> se agota, deja de cumplir con todas sus funciones y no es capaz de preservar la salud del hu\u00e9sped\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del intestino, la microbiota <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">interacciona de manera bidireccional con muchos \u00f3rganos y sistemas del cuerpo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Una dieta alta en grasas y <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">az\u00facares refinados<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y en la que abundan los alimentos ultraprocesados, la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">carne roja<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y los embutidos puede alterarla r\u00e1pidamente. En cambio, la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea, rica en Omega 3, es muy beneficiosa para mantener una microbiota sana.
