Como nos cuenta Jos\u00e9 Luis Tabue\u00f1a, responsable de la Unidad de Fisioterapia de SHA, \u201cen la mayor\u00eda de las ocasiones, un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">desequilibrio muscular<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> previo es el aut\u00e9ntico origen del dolor, que se agrava debido al estr\u00e9s continuado o los estados de ansiedad. De ah\u00ed que, cuando no se tiene una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">buena salud de la actividad muscular<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, los est\u00edmulos estresantes continuos acent\u00faen la tensi\u00f3n y el dolor\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Por tanto, disfrutar de una buena salud f\u00edsica y mental es la mejor manera de prevenir y aliviar las contracturas causadas por una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mala gesti\u00f3n emocional<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Pero, como explica Jos\u00e9 Luis, \u201csi queremos resultados m\u00e1s eficaces, debemos <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">trabajar la musculatura<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> para lograr un correcto equilibrio muscular. As\u00ed, cuando tengamos que enfrentarnos a un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">est\u00edmulo estresante<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, estaremos mejor preparados. El desequilibrio muscular se debe a que ejercitamos unos m\u00fasculos m\u00e1s que otros y esto provoca <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">compensaciones<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que afectan a la buena armon\u00eda de la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">funci\u00f3n muscular<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, lo que nos hace m\u00e1s vulnerables y sensibles al dolor muscular causado por el estr\u00e9s o la ansiedad\u201d.
