Por eso, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">el secreto est\u00e1 en el equilibrio<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La clave para minimizar las consecuencias poco saludables de los <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">excesos navide\u00f1os<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> es tratar de limitarlos a las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">fechas festivas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> y seguir una dieta saludable y equilibrada el resto de los d\u00edas. Para ello, Melanie Waxman, especialista en Terapias Naturales y consultora de Nutrici\u00f3n Saludable de SHA, ha preparado <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">un plan d\u00e9tox de una semana<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que ayuda a depurar el organismo y a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">adelgazar<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Antes de desgranar el men\u00fa, unas recomendaciones de la experta. \u201cSi<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">empre que sea posible, elige <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">alimentos <\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">frescos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, de temporada, de producci\u00f3n local y org\u00e1nicos:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Para los <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">zumos de verduras y frutas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> utiliza zanahorias, remolacha, apio, pepinos, guisantes (uno por zumo), manzana, lim\u00f3n, lima, etc. Adem\u00e1s, puedes a\u00f1adir hierbas frescas picadas, como cilantro, perejil o menta, o especias, como la c\u00farcuma.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Para las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sopas, cremas y guisos de verduras<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, combina zanahorias, nabos, calabaza, repollo, coliflor, br\u00f3coli, col rizada, boniato, espinacas, cebollas, acelgas, puerros, champi\u00f1ones, shiitake, pepinos, frijoles, ma\u00edz dulce, lechuga, aguacate, esp\u00e1rragos, r\u00facula, ajo, jengibre o c\u00farcuma.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Para aderezar las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ensaladas crudas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, mezcla en un poco de agua una cucharadita de miso blanco, tahini, mostaza y jarabe de arroz integral\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">D\u00eda 1<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Desayuno<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Zumo de verduras y frutas frescas.
