Un estilo de vida acelerado y repleto de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">est\u00edmulos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, las jornadas interminables, el modo <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">multitarea<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> o la dificultad para <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">conciliar<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> el horario de trabajo con la vida personal son las principales causas, aunque no las \u00fanicas, de que una gran parte de la sociedad sea incapaz de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">desconectar de las responsabilidades profesionales<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Si a esto le sumamos que las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nuevas tecnolog\u00edas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> nos permiten convertir cualquier lugar en una sucursal de la oficina, que el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">teletrabajo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> es una tendencia al alza y que la l\u00ednea que tradicionalmente separaba la actividad laboral y el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tiempo libre<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> se est\u00e1 difuminando, el c\u00f3ctel perfecto est\u00e1 servido para que estemos pensando en el trabajo todo el d\u00eda.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Como nos explica <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Cinthya Molina, psic\u00f3loga de SHA, \u201cel cuerpo humano acaba acostumbr\u00e1ndose a este <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">ritmo fren\u00e9tico<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y cuando llega el momento de parar y descansar no lo conseguimos porque los niveles de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">cortisol<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, que es la hormona del estr\u00e9s, siguen muy altos. Esto hace que nos sintamos <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">alterados y con ansiedad<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Y es que, aunque <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">el est\u00edmulo estresante desaparezca, el organismo necesita tres o cuatros d\u00edas para volver a su estado normal<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Esto se traduce en <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">sobrecargas musculares<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, dolores de cabeza, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">falta de concentraci\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, apat\u00eda y problemas para alcanzar el necesario descanso reparador, entre otros muchos s\u00edntomas\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Si cuando la jornada laboral termina seguimos d\u00e1ndole vueltas a cuestiones relacionadas con el trabajo nunca podremos <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">desconectar <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">por completo, lo que tiene un impacto negativo en nuestra salud mental. Por eso, Cinthya destaca \u201cla importancia de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">gestionar correctamente el tiempo en el entorno laboral<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y, siempre que sea posible, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">delegar funciones. As\u00ed, tendr\u00e1s un poco de espacio personal para ejercer el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">autocuidado<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Adem\u00e1s, es esencial entender que no es lo mismo estar conectado que estar disponible 24\/7. Estar pendiente constantemente del <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">correo electr\u00f3nico<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, el tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil o las redes sociales <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">dificulta la desconexi\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Intentar no ir a casa directamente al salir del trabajo (da un paseo, ve al cine, queda a tomar algo con los amigos), dedicar un rato todos los d\u00edas a disfrutar de tus <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">hobbies<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, pasar m\u00e1s tiempo con tus <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">seres queridos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, descansar de los dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos o practicar alguna <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">actividad deportiva<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> te ayudar\u00e1n a relajarte, desconectar y recuperar el equilibrio cuerpo-mente.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Dormir bien todas las noches es fundamental para mantener el estr\u00e9s bajo control. De hecho, y como nos cuenta Vicente Mera, responsable del \u00e1rea de Medicina del Sue\u00f1o de SHA, \u201c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">est\u00e1 demostrado que <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">pensar en las obligaciones futuras es una de las razones principales por la que muchas personas se desvelan<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.
