The first thing I do when I open my eyes is give thanks for sleeping on a bed and under a roof. After my moment of gratitude, I stretch and prepare breakfast.

Breakfast and removing my makeup before sleeping.

Have positive thoughts, eating well, taking time for myself, and love all the time…

A
A healthy breakfast, listen to James Brown on high volume to dance around my house, eat with my friends and watch a good movie.

What’s the one SHA ritual you want to take with you?
A
The healthy cooking classes at the Chef’s Studio and Watsu therapy. I would also take the restaurant and the cook home with me, because I’ve never eaten as well in my life!
