Vegetables are always a perfect way to enjoy a healthy summer meal; so today, we show you how to prepare a delicious vegetable lasagna, amazing for enjoying a nice lunch with the people you love the most.

Ingredients for preparing the lasagna:
VEGETABLES
  • Leeks: The beneficial properties of leeks, give them the ability to promote the blood circulation; besides that, they help in the maintenance of low cholesterol and triglycerides levels and treating the constipation.
  • Mushrooms: Its caloric content is really low so eating this vegetable is beneficial for cleansing diets.

  • Pack Choy: Specially used in Asian food, this variety of cabbage is well known for its low calories percentage and its high fiber content, essential for avoiding constipation.

Ingredients for preparing the béchamel sauce:

Preparation of the recipe:
  1. Cut the vegetables into julienne and sauté them in olive oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Make a béchamel sauce with the necessary ingredients.
  3. Assemble the lasagna.
