How to shape your gluteus

  • Stand on tiptoes, squeezing your gluteus as long as you can.
  • Legs’ lift: lying on your side, lift up your leg to the ceiling. Repeat with the other leg.
  • Climb the stairs instead of going up by elevator and do it on your tiptoes squeezing your gluteus.
  • If you spend a lot of time sat down, squeeze your gluteus several times a day and try to keep the posture for a few minutes.
