Sautéed Broccoli Recipe

Sautéed Broccoli is one of the easiest (and healthiest) recipes you can do at home to boost your immune system. For 2 servings you will need:

– 1 good size broccoli
– 1 onion
– 3 parsley sprigs
– Olive oil

1. Wash and cut the broccoli florets from the stem.

2. Peel and julienne the onion and sauté with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt.

3. Add the broccoli and a little salt. Sauté everything and cook for 5 minutes with a little water so that it does not burn.

4. Serve with the chopped parsley.
