It’s more and more common to pay attention to preventative medicine as a means to avoid developing pathologies. One of the most important tools we can implement in our daily lives as a preventative measure is exercise.

Practicing sports plays a fundamental role in our health as a result of the many benefits it provides. It’s more than evident that there is an existing link between exercising and the prevention of cardiovascular disease as well as improving arterial tension, insulin resistance, regulating body weight, increasing muscular strength and tone, rehabilitating injuries, improving flexibility and articular movements, as well as the benefits it provides to the immune system, not only on a biological level.

On a physiological level, exercising has a very positive effect, decreasing stress levels, boosting mood, enhancing relaxation and improving sleep. It has been proven that exercise is also beneficial to those who suffer from anxiety and depression, as it reduces the symptoms and provides a general sense of wellbeing.

Therefore, it’s very beneficial, as well as advised, to dedicate 45 minutes to an hour of cardiovascular exercise, in addition to adding muscle toning exercises into your workout routine. We suggest that you should dedicate 3 to 5 days a week to muscle toning exercises, as when they’re done correctly, they will provide better results and will also prevent getting secondary injuries when exercising.

To keep yourself motivated to exercise, it’s important to find a sport or physical activity that you enjoy and that we feel comfortable doing. This will influence our ability to stick to a routine and take care of ourselves.

And also in our boutique online you can find Healthy Bones, a supplement containing all the vitamins and cofactors required to support the bone structure.
