SHA Magazine Fitness
On a holiday like today, we propose you an entertaining, different and healthy plan surrounding SHA. Do you know the Sierra Helada? It is the natural park where SHA is located and is notable for being the first maritime-terrestrial park of the regional Comunity of Valencia. In total, more than 5,000 hectares of which nearly 90% are in the marine environment.
Both the mountain and the sea parts surrounding constitute a set of priceless ecological and environmental ecosystems, and the impressive landscape that rises above the cities of Benidorm, Alfaz del Pi and Altea has cliffs over 400m tall.
Our suggestion to discover better this natural park is that you do it by practising Nordic Walking, a simple sport discipline, created jointly by the medical and sports professionals that provides many benefits to our health. It significantly improves our physical and mental state. It involves walking actively with the aid of sticks so you can improve aspects such as aerobic capacity, peak oxygen consumption, physical and psychological endurance, etcetera.
In SHA we organize this activity through out the mornings as part of our SHA Life Learning Center. We also have experts that give private lessons that will allow you to enjoy individually or in small groups this spectacular natural park with stunning sea views.
Our tips for practising Nordic Walking:
We recommend this great plan for All Saints Day in which to enjoy alone or in the company of family and friends of the nature and good climate.

Estocolmo to Berlin Street intersection in which you have to turn right and go down the Berlin street to meet Sierra Dorada street that takes us to the beginning of one of the main routes.
