Does your body need a detox?

A detox doesn’t have to entail juice cleanses or fasting. In fact, you can opt for detoxes that actually allow you to eat, enjoying food, whilst also detoxing the body from the toxins it has accumulated, reducing inflammation and bringing the body back to balance.
