For today´s post we are showing how to prepare a tasty and healthy onion and beet cream. This tasty and nutritious meal can be served as a starter for any meal, and it is cheap and easy to prepare. Apart from being tasty, it is a good option as lunch or healthy easy dinner for a meal with friends or relatives. As usual, this recipe is full of healthy and tasty ingredients; its main ingredients are the onions.

This vegetable is also very beneficial for our body because it is rich in folic acid, which helps with the maintenance and development of our cells. Thus, it is advisable for those who are going through a period of recovery, since it assists in the regeneration of tissue, be it: bone, muscle, or skin tissue, in this sense it is also recommendable for pregnant woman.
1 Cut the onions in thick julienne strips, once cut, proceed to cook the onions in a casserole at low fire.
2 Once the onions start releasing the sugars add the white sweet potato cut in cubes, and continue on frying lightly till soft
3 Add the species and cream and cover with water and leave it cooking for 15 minutes
4 Add salt to taste, remove the laurel and cloves
5 Blend everything with a termomix and pass through a fine sieve
6 Add the beets in a high saucepan with 100 ml of water add the soy lecithin and blend until the desired air
