Detox drinks and juices are a great way to purify the body and eliminate toxins. This healthy coktail is sure to guarantee you some enjoyable and healthy moments for sharing with friends. Try it!

Ingredients
  • 20g mu tea
  • 200 ml water
  • 20g rice syrup
  • 3 sprigs of fresh peppermint
  • 1 lime
  • Crushed ice
Preparation
  • Place the water in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
  • Add the tea and rice syrup.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Infuse for 10 minutes and then cool the fridge.
  • Rinse the lime and cut into quarters.
  • Blend the crushed ice, 2 lime quarters and the mu tea infusion in a coktail shaker, adding some roughly chopped peppermint.
  • Set aside some small peppermint leaves, for garnish.
  • Pour the tea, crushed ice and lime mixture into a tall glass.
  • Garnish with fresh peppermint leaves.
