It has been long time since we don’t post a fish recipe! Today we have a an easy to prepare recipe, made by easy to find ingredients. And it won’t take to long to be prepared.
The recipe – denton fish fillets with caramelized onions– may seem very obvious to cook but it has a SHA touch. Keep on reading to find out!
4 denton fish fillets (180 gr) scaled and cleaned
400 gr of purple onions
300 gr of white onions
100 gr of miso
150 ml of soyu
20 ml of ginger juice
200 ml of vegetables broth
Mix the soyu, ginger juice, vegetables broth and miso on a bowl.
Place the fish in the mix in and leave it there for 12 hours.
Add some extra virgin olive oil on a hot sauce pan and place the fish, previously drained and dried with the skin facing down.
Cook it on medium heat for 4 minutes. Then turn it over and cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove and leave apart.
Peel de onions and cut into strips.
Add some extra virgin olive oil on a hot sauce pan and cook the onions until they are caramelized.
Heat the fish in the oven for 2 minutes.
Place some caramelized onions on a plate and add the fish.
It can be served with green salad, dressed with apple or umeboshi vinegar.
