Performing a good stretching and breathing routine is fundamental to every workout and maintaining optimal physical condition is very important for strengthening the immune system. We want to share with you this series of stretches that you can do as a warm-up and cool down at home. You can combine them with power yoga sessions or other stretches that you like.
STEP 1: Glute and iliotibial band stretching for 20 seconds.
STEP 2: Lumbar and abdominal stretching for 20 seconds.
STEP 3: Adductor stretching for 20 seconds.
STEP 4: Psoas stretching for 20 seconds.
