The recipe we are sharing with you today involves healthy nutrients that would be great for you to have in the morning for breakfast. Follow the next steps to get the best seed toasts with guacamole:

FOR THE TOAST:
– Pumpkin seeds (250g)
– Water (50 ml)
– Arrowroot or kudzu (12 g)
– Oregan (1g)
– Ground black pepper to taste
– Salt to taste
FOR THE GUACAMOLE:
– Ripe avocado (250 g)
– Lemon juice (20 ml)
– Coriander (10 g)
– Ground black pepper to taste
– Salt to taste
HOW TO PREPARE THE TOAST:
1) Shred the pumpkin seeds, arrowroot or kudzu, oregan, salt, ground black pepper and water in a food processor and spread on a baking tray.
2) Bake at 160ºC for about 10 minutes.
3) Cut as desired size or shape.
HOW TO PREPARE THE GUACAMOLE:
1) Peel the avocado.
2) Mix avocado, lemon juice, coriander, ground black pepper and salt in a mortar
