The Method
SHA is a wellness experience created for living longer and better. From the holistic vision of the SHA Method to the excellence of our suites and residences, every detail we offer in our programmes seeks to transform and improve the health of our guests.
Health programmes
At least one of our health programmes per guest is required to book a stay at SHA Wellness Clinic.
Nutrition
Nutrition is a cornerstone of our method, so if your stay is longer than the duration of the chosen programme, the cost of full board for those additional days will be included in your booking and you will continue to enjoy the SHA meal plan.
Accommodation
Find the accommodation that best suits your needs. You can choose between the comfort of our exclusive suites, located in the same building as our clinic, or the privacy and independence of our SHA Residences, located in a separate building.
Accommodation rates are not included in the price of the health programme.

In SHA Wellness Clinic we have accommodations enabled to facilitate wheelchair access. We will automatically propose you compatible suites and residences.
Children:
In SHA Wellness Clinic, children under 12 cannot access the hotel or common areas, but are welcomed to the residences, where they will find entertainment services, programmes and activities tailored to their needs.
